On 6th of April 2017 representatives of Bethlehem University – dr Irene Hazou, Vice President for Academic Affairs and dr Muna Matar, Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs visited SKVC.
Guests were interested in the set up of external quality assurance system in Lithuania, the level of internationalisation, follow-up activities after external evaluations, also in the kind of dialogue is undergoing between SKVC as quality agency and higher education institutions. Visitors noted the early stage of development of higher education in Palestine in general and the many challenges it is facing. At the same time, some topics of universal relevance were identified – implementation of student centered learning, graduate career tracking, the need to professionally manage quality processes within institutions.
